Tracy Kollin Smith

Tracy Smith has twenty years of banking and M&A experience. She was Associate Director of Standard & Poor’s Financial Services where she structured finance/insurance transactions to determine and assign financial strength ratings. She has also been an Associate at Barclays Bank Capital Corporation in their corporate derivative sales group and most recently she was with Biomed Capital, a biotechnology mergers and acquisitions firm.

Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
